In adults, research shows that the ability to learn and perform tasks is associated with adequate slumber because deprivation of this vital body need leads to reduced learning and performance abilities.

So, it can be seen that we all need good, comfortable, and adequate sleep. But this is not always the case because most of us are affected by various factors that deny us comfortable and healthy sleep.
